Awesome people to woke with. Came in for a truck but it was sold right before I got there. Kelly found me some other options and I’m sure glad he did. Prior to purchasing a vehicle from Interstate Ford, I specifically asked the dealer if this vehicle is compatible with the FordPass app. On the day I purchased the vehicle I was told by the sales departm specifically asked the dealer if this vehicle is compatible with the FordPass app. On the day I purchased the vehicle I was told by the sales department that the employee that handles FordPass registration was out and I needed to come back the following Monday for install. When I came back to Interstate Ford on that Monday I was told that the car I had purchased the previous week is not compatible with FordPass. I asked to speak to a manager and was introduced to Nick Velasquez and met with a condescending and helpless response. Mr. Velasquez took zero accountability of the issue and even implied that I should do my research prior to purchasing vehicles in the future. For those doing research, I strongly recommend that you look elsewhere than Interstate Ford and Nick Velasquez. I also see in previous reviews that Mr. Velasquez has been argumentative with other customers. This does not come as a surprise. More

Sold us a lemon then tried to fight me we got in a yelling match because they have sent my wife out in a faulty car 6 times they have had the car for 90 days give or take for all the issues then allow yelling match because they have sent my wife out in a faulty car 6 times they have had the car for 90 days give or take for all the issues then allowed one of his employees who look as if they were roid raging to charge me and say he was going to beat my xxx. If I could give this crook 0 stars I would I do have video of this as well. The salesman who tried to attack me name was joe also when John was screaming at me walking off I called him a idiot and he got in my face asking me what I said. This place is a xxxx show their employees have some anger issues. I will admit I was absolutely pissed when I went in as they put a new engine in my wife’s car but it took 5 trips in and numerous days without vehicle while they provided us with a vehicle smaller than the one being worked on. Take in mind this was warranty work for the high dollar warranty we paid for. But like the 5 times before she got the car back and windshield wipers were broke and I had to drive to pick her up as it was snowing/sleeting and she couldn’t see to drive so not only did they give us back a broken car they endangered my family. They are the most unprofessional place I have ever seen in my life. They also failed to tell us about the class action lawsuit on the particular vehicle we have for exhaust getting into the cab of it must be why they replaced the cat on it. Then I told John I guess I will have to get a attoney involved he yelled at me that he has 5 of them so he don’t care. I felt like I was truly dealing with people who were not all there in the head maybe need a mental check. Kinda reminded me of when I was a corrections officer and inmates would be brought in on drugs with their aggressive attitudes trying to fight a customer of all things. More
