My 2016 Jeep Grand Cherokee SUMMIT This Jeep was a replacement from my older Jeep to a new Jeep. I love the changes in the shifter, I Jeep was in for 6 months service oil change and This Jeep was a replacement from my older Jeep to a new Jeep. I love the changes in the shifter, I Jeep was in for 6 months service oil change and a low tire pressure on one tire. In the past had to deal with (Tim Racco) which I would not recommend any one use. I was very pleasant to find that a New Service Advisor was hired.. JERAMIAH BRUNER what a all around pleasant experience from the call to make the appointment to meeting him and the updates on my new Jeep.. What a change from having to deal with the other person mentioned. Jeramiah Bruner was happy pleasant and knew cars. If you asked a question he had the answer or found it out for you, instead of looking off in space hoping you would just walk away. John Cushman is the BEST Pete McLvers is the Best I would have to say the whole dealership awesome I drove to buy from them when I could of went to the Local dealership and bought the same vehicle but would of never received the care and the attention you get from Douglas Jeep, Ram, Chrysler, Dodge..... When you shop and buy from them you become part of the Douglas Family and not just another unit out the door. More

Our salesman (Tom Fields) Approached us the moment we pulled into the lot, and after we told him which cars we were interested in, proceeded to walk us over to the cars on our list. He was very patient with us as we weighed our options and was very knowledgeable and had an answer for every question we asked. After helping us the entire day, we walked away with a great car at a great price and we could not be any happier.
