Here is a copy and paste from my statement on their FB page. The general manager tried to assault my husband but was held back by the sales person Darius! You tried to assault my husband and Darius held you back ! You are a complete liar ! This was the Absolutely the worst car buying experience of my life ! All your other terrible reviews speaks volumes ! You were not provoked ..you said you were done.Started to walk away and Joe called you a xxxxx ! That's what set you off ! You are a liar ! You establishment sold me a car with a Cut Out Seat Belt ! Against the law ! This all started because you refused to return calls and refused a rental car to replace my vehicle while you were repaired the hail damage. Which your insurance policy completely covers..but no you are a greedy business and want to keep the money for yourself. Probably sent the insurance company Bills for it! I called for 3 days straight and no return calls ! I have been to.your dealership 11 times due to your incompetency. First signing ... second signing...third signing. Then the hail damage ...I was told if I didnt have it there by Monday which it was Thursday...then I was on my own for the repairs. I said I couldn't go without a car due the fact I drive to several clients homes a day ! I work 7 days a week 365. Please provide a rental. I called 3 days in a row atleast 5 times a day.....no response. So I brought the car up there and left it Sunday night and put the key in a box and ate the cost of a rental. I called 4 times Monday to find out when it would be ready. Finally at 430 I got a person on the phone. Went straight up there to get the car and you had chipped a huge spot and 5 others on the car. I left it Again to repair. It was only repaired in 1 place. You as the General manager were brought out to see it and you flipped ! Said you done after you very rudely interrupted my husband in the middle of him talking ! You said I am Done! I will give you the seat belt and your on your own to get it in and your not fixing the paint damage! That Sir is the truth! You can spin it anyway you like ! I can sleep at night because I am not a liar ! You Sir are a piece of work. More

They Lied 03.19.19 They showed me a 2017 Honda Ridgeline with 19k miles and it looked ok. I asked for the CarFax history report and they gave me a one page CarF 03.19.19 They showed me a 2017 Honda Ridgeline with 19k miles and it looked ok. I asked for the CarFax history report and they gave me a one page CarFax that showed no issues reported and all items appeared good but fine print at the bottom said Accident/Damage reported on this vehicle but the way it is written it appears to be a heading similar to previous headings that said no problem, no issues reported. Then it said ask dealer for full CarFax vehicle history report. The salesman said this was the only report he could access with his computer, but maybe the sales dept. could access the full report. So I asked for it again and he went to his computer and printed out a six page report that showed the vehicle was damaged in Oct 2018 with structural damage to the front, left side, right side and the airbag was deployed. BEWARE they tried to sell me a damaged vehicle for a retail price without disclosing it! More

mad at your money I will try and condense my horrible experience into a very short version our experience at space Coast Honda was horrible our salesman Josh and his m I will try and condense my horrible experience into a very short version our experience at space Coast Honda was horrible our salesman Josh and his mentor or not only deceptive but bait and switch ....We walked onto the dealership ready to write a check for a vehicle fully qualified pretty much knew what we wanted and these guys manage to not only send us running to another dealership but tell anyone and everyone that will listen do not do business with this dealership unless you are mad at your money ..... we ended up at Vatland Honda and purchased a 2019 accord sport with 120,000 mile additional warranty and we are very happy ... and to show you how disinterested this dealership is I have not had one follow up call or message they are absolutely diss interested in customer satisfaction and or any sense of fair play ... I am not typically one to write reviews but in this case I was so incensed with their business that I feel compelled to issue a WARNING to everybody .. avoid having a horrible experience and dealing with a deceptive ownership More
