Eric Cenname and salesman Rob were intelligent, patient and knowledgeable. There was absolutely no pressure to purchase. I did not feel the general circus atmosphere nor the sharks circling for the prey. When was the last time you enjoyed sitting with the "finance guy"? We did, David Poyner was great. The one hour plus after sale Encore review with John DePalma explained every feature and button of the car. John was unbelievable! We had shopped for four other kinds of cars/dealers in the 2 weeks before going to Freehold Subaru and none of those experiences came close to the experience we had at this great dealership! More

Lexus and Acura are not on par with Subaru as far as customer service is concerned. More
