In regard to the prior review, I stand by what happened. I have since reached out to the sales manager, Armondo and had a conversation with him and he was immediately responsive and was able to smooth thin I have since reached out to the sales manager, Armondo and had a conversation with him and he was immediately responsive and was able to smooth things over with me.
