New truck, new experience I waited 3 months before I did this evaluation. I had an issue with my remote starter. The dealer worked with me and did the following. 1. Dealershi I waited 3 months before I did this evaluation. I had an issue with my remote starter. The dealer worked with me and did the following. 1. Dealership fired remote Starter company and put in a top of the line starter. I am impressed. I broke my tail light assembly putting in strobes. Since I could not explain to parts department the problem they came out to look and fixed it! I buy a new Ford every two years and will use Gervais again. Michael S More
