I was a bit nervous until I sat down with John Derobbio my salesperson and discovered some common interests and right off the bat I relaxed and build some confidence that I was in the right place. The vehicle I had looked at online was pending a sale so I decided to take a look at a 2011 Kia Soul......... being a musician it's always good to have a little Soul.... now I've got one and I LOVE IT. THIS CAR IS ME....... THROUGH AND THROUGH...... I actually had forgotten it has a subwoofer in the sound system so when I decided to load her up with a massive sound system,,, I found I didn't need to purchase a woofer... THE KIA SOUL WAS THE FIRST CAR I TEXT DROVE- I FELL IN LOVE IMMEDIATELY.................................................................... before I left that day I had put the down payment on it and brought the remaining balance the next day. Kim helped me find exactly the car I was looking for without Just bought a new Focus ST from Flood Ford, and they were awesome every step of the way. Kim helped me find exactly the car I was looking for without even having to set food in the dealership. The car I wanted was waiting in the showroom the first night I was free to take a look, and John was just as helpful with the actual sale. No nonsense games with the prices here; they gave me a fair, blue-book value trade-in on my old car without trying to lowball it, and went straight to a very fair price on the new car (below the average sale price, according to Truecar...no haggling needed). Their finance department didn't try any high pressure tactics to get me to buy anything I didn't need. Once I agreed to the sale, they had the car ready for me in a couple of hours; I took it home that night. I'd say I'd go back, but I don't plan on replacing this car any time soon. The Focus ST is a dream car. More

When I received my vehicle back I checked the engine the next morning to see that the cover to the engine was not connected and off to the side, my oil dipstick was 3 inches out of oil tube and my cover for the battery was dangling to the side. 0 star customer satisfaction. I feel that the dealership really let me down. Therefore, I will not recommend nor advise anyone to visit or shop at any of Flood Ford Dealerships. Although I will say I still like John Derobbio, it was not his fault that the dealership treated me poorly. More
