Curry Hyundai used to be top notch so I’m not sure what happened to them. Very disappointed in there service department. There is a minimum of a month and a half to get an appointment. I brought a new $31k happened to them. Very disappointed in there service department. There is a minimum of a month and a half to get an appointment. I brought a new $31k car only a few months ago and just to replace a defective wireless charger it took them 4 days to diagnose the issue … then they told me it would take a couple of weeks to receive the part and they gave me the choice of leaving my car there so I wouldn’t loose my place in the queue… or make a new appointment which would be at least a month away…and two months if I wanted a loaner car. xxx! when the part comes in they should expedite the repair and get me in ASAP especially since they had my car in the shop for 4 days just to diagnose the problem. It was a freakin wireless charging pad not a transmission problem!!! After a few calls to Curry management the service manager said he would get me in as soon as the part arrives. I am hoping he will keep his word.. we will see. This was my first Hyundai so will be thinking twice next time I purchase a car from Curry Hyundai … I never got this kind of treatment from Curry Honda… they are top notch! …which is weird because they are the same owned dealership. More

Everyone is nice to you when it's time to sell you their car. A WEEK later I see anti-freeze leaking from my brand NEW 2022 Santa Fe!!! I thought it was a mechanical issue but they told me something penetra car. A WEEK later I see anti-freeze leaking from my brand NEW 2022 Santa Fe!!! I thought it was a mechanical issue but they told me something penetrated the grill and punctured the radiator. How do I know this? They showed me a picture of the grill and I did not see any puncture hole! The cost of the part is $600 and labor $500. I know someone else that works at a dealership , where a customer had the same issue, but out of courtesy they comped the cost and fixed it. My salesperson seemed to want nothing to do with me after I bought the car in, I even overheard him talking to his colleagues about the issue with my car, and when I asked him what was wrong with it, he claimed he didn't know and had the service tech come and talk to me. I will never buy another car from this dealership bc as a customer, I think they don't appreciate my business and certainly didn't work with me to keep my business!! More

Had an excellent buying experience at Curry. Initial contact was with Mike the sales manager and then John the salesman. They were both personable, pleasant and professional. No stress or pressure. After an absolutely horrific 8 hour day of looking at cars and being given the runaround the day before, my experience with Curry was nothing less than perfect. I spoke with Paul on the phone in the morning, he took care of everything for me throughout the day while I worked, and I left the lot with my beautiful new car within 45 minutes of arriving at the dealership that evening. They knew I was traveling nearly an hour to get to them and made sure every single thing was ready and waiting for me when I arrived. Not only was everyone a consummate professional, but they were just plain nice people. They answered all my questions, took time to listen to all my concerns, and showed me every function of my car before I left. They even made sure I had the little velcro pieces to stick my EZ Pass to the windshield. Its those little touches that count and they were very much noticed. I cant say thank you enough for such a pleasant experience! More
