I had my car taken here ( not my choice) by my auto body shop on early April. Ever since it’s been nothing but a headache. It took a weeks for a part to come in. Which I was confused about because my car is shop on early April. Ever since it’s been nothing but a headache. It took a weeks for a part to come in. Which I was confused about because my car is a 2021 model. Whenever I call to ask for updated regarding MY vehicle, they couldn’t be bothered helping me or answering my questions. John in particular is extremely rude and refuses to give me an update on my vehicle. This man is extremely unprofessional. Stay away!!!!! More

Curry Hyundai used to be top notch so I’m not sure what happened to them. Very disappointed in there service department. There is a minimum of a month and a half to get an appointment. I brought a new $31k happened to them. Very disappointed in there service department. There is a minimum of a month and a half to get an appointment. I brought a new $31k car only a few months ago and just to replace a defective wireless charger it took them 4 days to diagnose the issue … then they told me it would take a couple of weeks to receive the part and they gave me the choice of leaving my car there so I wouldn’t loose my place in the queue… or make a new appointment which would be at least a month away…and two months if I wanted a loaner car. xxx! when the part comes in they should expedite the repair and get me in ASAP especially since they had my car in the shop for 4 days just to diagnose the problem. It was a freakin wireless charging pad not a transmission problem!!! After a few calls to Curry management the service manager said he would get me in as soon as the part arrives. I am hoping he will keep his word.. we will see. This was my first Hyundai so will be thinking twice next time I purchase a car from Curry Hyundai … I never got this kind of treatment from Curry Honda… they are top notch! …which is weird because they are the same owned dealership. More
