Terrible experience with sales department and their manager, Tony, who were lying about everything. They don’t care about customer’s time at all. They invited me to test drive a car that they didn’t ha manager, Tony, who were lying about everything. They don’t care about customer’s time at all. They invited me to test drive a car that they didn’t have in their inventory and when I arrived after almost an hour drive and waiting in the waiting room for 15 minutes, one of the sell personnel informed me that the car was sold just half an hour ago. They offered me another car to just sit in it to experience the feel of it! Overall very rude and liar group of people that I would never recommend them for any type of businesses. More

Had to wait in line 25 minutes past my appointment time to drop car off for Toyota care. I had to wait in a line of cars while they checked in the other. Tried to sell me a car when they didn’t have a title for it. Every time I asked a question they would get up and leave for 10/15 minutes. Creepy “manager” guy. Lied to me for 4 days.
