Been taking my car to this dealer since I bought it 2+ years ago. Jody is the best Service Advisor by far. Two before her-one misrepresented their service program, and another got angry with me about it. years ago. Jody is the best Service Advisor by far. The Service Technicians are very good, and Alex in Sales was a great gentleman, very professional and knowledgeable. Highly recommend both Jody and Alex, and Westboro Toyota. Finance Department almost killed the sale by trying to charge more for their getting the car from another dealer, and for my not financing through them! Maintenance couldn't answer system software questions, referring me to Sales. My hybrid averaged almost 2 more mpg in the first two years than the last year. Love that it runs on regular gas tho. All in all a great car. More
