Hi Vincent, this is John Eberlein, GM, at Kenny Ross Ford South. First, I want to thank you for your business. I became aware of the key missing when you let Cassandra and Nathaly know. There is still a possibility that the driver misplaced it, since our salesperson believes he gave him both keys. We searched here and at our other dealership, where we got the Bronco Sport from, and we could not find it. I'm sorry for how it was presented to you that you need to purchase and get a reimbursement. We would certainly have provided a second key fob and programming if you were close; however, being so far away, the vehicle needs to be programmed at a dealership with the original fob and the new one. If you went to a local Ford store, we could pay them directly if that would work as well. Please let me know how I can help. Thank you.
