I strongly advise against using KIA Delray for any service. My husband had to visit three times due to ongoing tire issues. Despite explaining the problem, they only calibrated the tires, which didn’t service. My husband had to visit three times due to ongoing tire issues. Despite explaining the problem, they only calibrated the tires, which didn’t fix anything. On the third visit, after waiting 3 hours for an inspection, we discovered they hadn’t even started the job because they sent an email to me instead of communicating directly with him, even though he was waiting in the lounge. Additionally, they incorrectly charged us for services covered under my Kia Care Maintenance Plan. The dealer ignored our request and still billed us. The lack of professionalism, poor communication, and failure to address car issues make KIA Delray a dealership to avoid. I would not recommend them to anyone. More
