Lucas took everything in stride, remained professional and calm while giving us all the information we needed. He got the deal done and found the car I really wanted. We spent about a total of 3-4 hours spread over two days including a second test drive. No “hostage taking” here! Just clear prices and out the door. Loved it and love my new Santa Cruz! More
