Most car dealers are done with you when tge contract is written but not at Allen Turner. They have a real sense of customer care even after the sale is complete. Allen Turner Hyundai made this process easier for me by walking me through each step of the car buying process and answering any questions or concerns I had. Todd Lawrence was the man I was interacting with most of the time as he was getting me through the process. He was very friendly and attentive. He did his job well and made me feel more at home about making this decision. If I was pressed to give any constructive criticism, it would be not to rush first time buyers into making a deal. I had arrived at Allen Turner to inspect the car and test drive it, but not necessarily buy it. After filling out the preliminary forms I was being asked if I would be paying in cash or check and that took me aback. Other than that, he was awesome. John Frejeran was very knowledgeable about the financing of the car and gave me much insight to how this vehicle could be made affordable. If I had to offer criticism, it would be that he seems to up-sell pretty actively. My vehicle, while being pricey for my budget was not exactly an expensive one. This meant that certain warranty features just were not necessary. John made a very persuasive case for buying extra warranty packages despite me noting that it wasn't in my budget. That can come off as deceptive when you are pushing it on someone who clearly doesn't need it, but I understand the intent and I still think he did a great job. I look forward to returning to this dealership for any future purchases and seek to interact with these same people. More
