I did my research and came prepared haggle (battle) over the price of my trade in and the car I wanted. I worked with Craig Anderson, an easy going, low pressure sales guy, and didn't have to do much haggling, since our numbers were so close to each other. This purchase was painless. The finance guy, John Fejeran, laid out all my options and got us on our way quickly. Go see Craig and John... you won't be disappointed. Everyone was friendly and courteous with no high pressure, slimy sales tactics. I highly recommend them. More

Would recommend Troy to friends and family. We also met John Fejeran who is very good in explaining the financing options and the different warranties offered by Hyundaii and the dealership. Also was very pleasant when I showed a reluctance to buy the warranties. Going to dealerships is not normally on my 'bucket list' , but this was actually fun! More

When I had visited the dealership, I was approached by a smiling Grant Heston, who seemed friendly and very helpful at the get-go. We had test drove the vehicle, and it drove great. Since I had previously purchased many, many vehicles in my lifetime, I was very accustomed to dealership tactics. Grant was different than other salesmen, I had previously encountered, who was easily to talk to and was very patient on answering my many questions. This salesman is upfront, honest, and easy-going. My wife and I indeed purchased this vehicle, and it turned out to be a pleasurable experience. More
