Roger was exceptional as he truly listened to my needs and was treated me like a family member. He was great with my daughter too as he went through the features of the new car. It's been my experience that the finance person will usually scare you into extra "stuff." John certainly presented the information and was NOT a hard sell. In addition, he really took his time and shopped around for the best financing for me. He was a pleasure to work with too.
