My wife and I had a really great experience at Allen Turner Hyundai when we visited the showroom to obtain information about the 2016 GENESIS sedans. BOB FITE greeted us in a warm and friendly manner asking if he could help us. We inquired if there were any 2016 Genesis sedans available and BOB offered to check their inventory for our color choice. We were really fortunate to have been approached by Bob because he was a font of knowledge about the new features of the 2016 Genesis. Bob quickly found a Genesis in our color choice and went out to search the lot for it. We were extremely impressed by the Pomplano Red auto as he brought it to the door for our inspection. We decided to purchase the Genesis and signed the papers the next morning with BOB. I had no idea exactly what I wanted but when I arrived onto the lot but Mr. Rick Gray gr I Came to Allen Turner Hyundai to purchase my very first car. I had no idea exactly what I wanted but when I arrived onto the lot but Mr. Rick Gray greeted me with a warm smile and he was by my side throughout the whole experience. Every question I had he answered. Every car I thought I wanted, he did not hesitate to walk the entire lot (3 times to be exact) to find just what I wanted. He even cut his lunch break short and stayed overtime to come BACK to work just to finish helping me(I had been there from 9am to close). He was extremely patient and reassuring when things got stressful and I couldn't have asked for a better dealer. I ended up purchasing my first vehicle with the help of him and I will forever remember what a great experience he made it.
