Mr. Gray was extremely helpful with the selection of my new car and was able to work with the finance companies as well so that I would be able to get into a vehicle immediately. I gave him the criteria that I was looking for and he was able to assist me in the selection of a vehicle that I not only love, but within my budget. I arrived at the dealership and was out the door and driving away in my "new" car within 30 minutes. But then he suggested another vehicle, one we had not even thought of and wow - we found the exact car we were looking for. Our whole experience from start to finish was comfortable, informative and relaxing. Brad was an excellent sales person. Best Customer Service in Town! Looking for a new car can be stressful. I felt all stress leave me as I shopped at Allen Turner, and especially from dealing with salesman Bobby Hoope Looking for a new car can be stressful. I felt all stress leave me as I shopped at Allen Turner, and especially from dealing with salesman Bobby Hooper. The saleslady at the Chevy dealer didn't bother to give me her card, nor get any info from me. The Toyota salesman was very nice and helpful, and I thought terrific, until I met Bobby. I had contacted the dealer about a car I saw online. Within a short time, I was emailed and called that the car was available, and which salesman to see. Bobby had pulled the car up front so I would see it as soon as I pulled in. I don't think most salesmen would think to do this. After a little talking, we went for a test drive. At no point did Bobby make me feel he was in a hurry for me to wrap up the drive and get down to business. One thing that set Bobby apart from other salesmen I had talked to was the time he took to explain the features of the car. We sat in the car and he showed me the various features, such as how to personalize the touch screen. The next hurdle, price. This is where the nerves kick in. Will they assume because I am a woman that I won't negotiate? No. I was shown nothing but respect by Bobby and the finance team. My offer wasn't laughed at, and a counter was made, then a compromise. Not all car dealers are dishonest. When I needed to make a call about the price, privacy was given. The whole transaction was smooth. Before I was given the key, Bobby personally checked the detailing on the car to see if it met his satisfaction. Due to some extra dirt on the arm rest, he told me to bring it back in the next week for more detailing. He caught the need for more cleaning, he didn't wait to see if I would notice. I would highly recommend Allen Turner Hyundai to anyone looking for a car, new or used. Go there first, because no one else can compare. And be sure to ask for Bobby Hooper! More

We came into the place with a few numbers, even though he couldn't get on those numbers, he came close. And that was a surprise. And my wife and I being a veteran of the U.S. Army, he thanked me for my services and told us he would do everything he can to help us get into a care we liked. To keep this from being a Book. This is the 4th vehicle we had purchased at Allen Turner and the buying experience is always a pleasure. Jesse pulled the truck around for us in a driving rainstorm so we didn't have to get out in the rain. We were under some time constraints and he was very cognizant that we needed to be completed with this transaction in just an hour or so. He worked expeditiously and also the financing man was excellent. Brad Rankin was also very helpful and very kind as always and made everything go so smoothly.
