The paperwork process for buying 2 cars was expected to be long, but was reasonable and Bob and the staff did a very good job keeping us updated. If I had one thing to recommend, it would be a little less "full court press" on the extended maintenance plans at the paperwork signing portion....for us, a simple "are you interested in hearing about our super maintenance and care warranties we offer that will increase your payments?" Would have sufficed and saved time at the end of a long day. Overall - can't say enough good things about Allen Turner Hyundai and their staff! More

BOB FITE greeted us in a warm and friendly manner asking if he could help us. We inquired if there were any 2016 Genesis sedans available and BOB offered to check their inventory for our color choice. We were really fortunate to have been approached by Bob because he was a font of knowledge about the new features of the 2016 Genesis. Bob quickly found a Genesis in our color choice and went out to search the lot for it. We were extremely impressed by the Pomplano Red auto as he brought it to the door for our inspection. We decided to purchase the Genesis and signed the papers the next morning with BOB.
