A great company, great people John Fernandes and I waxed philosophic on my many (many, many!) test drives - everything from cars to family to sports to, yes, politics. Getting to k John Fernandes and I waxed philosophic on my many (many, many!) test drives - everything from cars to family to sports to, yes, politics. Getting to know John has been a true privilege - what a knowledgeable and caring (and patient!) person! Going to Northend is like entering a house filled with great people and like minds instead of just another car dealership. I've bought many cars in my life (this is my third from Northend) but I've never had the buying experience that John, Patrick, Brian, and Shawna have given me, as well as Victoria and Bob in service who keep things running smoothly with routine maintenance. Just a phenomenal company! More
