First time buying experience with this dealer Overall, I was satisfied with the first time buying experience with the dealership. After a few emails with an internet sales manager on the vehicle I Overall, I was satisfied with the first time buying experience with the dealership. After a few emails with an internet sales manager on the vehicle I was interested in, I was informed by the internet sales manager that the vehicle was at the Canton location. When I came in to see the vehicle in Canton, I was informed that the car was not there that the vehicle was at the dealer's Brockton location. A dealership representative, (not sure on his name) was very apologetic on the mixup and provided directions to the Brockton location stating it was just 8 miles away. I arrived at the Brockton location and asked the salesman, John F, to see the vehicle I was interested in. He was very professional, He presented the vehicle to me providing a good description of the vehicle's options and pointed out some flaws with the previously owned vehicle, noting the flaws would be corrected before the vehicle is delivered to the customer. After test driving the vehicle and a little price haggling, we agreed to a price with the understanding all flaws would be corrected prior to delivery. On delivery day, the vehicle was prepared and the sale was finalized. John advised me the sale is not complete until I was completely satisfied. About 3 days after delivery, 3 issues were noticed and immediately contacted John who scheduled a service appointment. The vehicle was checked by the service department and they confirmed the issues needed immediate attention, Rob, the service manager, was courteous and always kept me informed of the repair progress. Parts had to be ordered, which meant an unwanted stay in the wait room, but in the end the service team repaired the vehicle and the customer is satisfied. I rated the dealership a 4 of 5 stars for having to bring the vehicle back for repairs after less than a week of driving the vehicle for items that should have been corrected before delivery. More
