There are so many wonderful bits and stories from working with the folks at Honda Cars of Boston, especially John Fitzpatrick. My wife and I needed a new car as we're soon having a baby (went from a coupe to with the folks at Honda Cars of Boston, especially John Fitzpatrick. John Fitzpatrick was the first man I saw upon entering and he was friendly, helpful, and encouraging right from start to finish. John gave us a price I thought was good, Dean talked me through the trade-in value of our car, and we left with a great new-used 2010 civic. That should have been the end of it but John has gone out of his way time and time again since buying the car to make sure our experience was excellent. Upon receiving the car we had to come back for inspection a day or so later. As I came in, John noticed that someone must have hit my car over New Years night. The bumper had been smacked out of place and there was a streak of paint on the bottom part. Hadn't had the car two days and someone had already hit our car! Immediately John told me not to worry. He talked with the service department and the guys at Honda Cars fixed it free of charge. In addition, while we waited for the inspection they let us borrow another car on the lot to get something to eat. Amazingly friendly, helpful, and understanding service and professionalism. John Fitzpatrick told us immediately that it's a great place to work and I can see why with amazing guys like him working there. Thanks again, John and all the folks at Honda Cars of Boston. Highly recommend John Fitzpatrick if you're looking for a warm, hilarious, and honest experience buying a car... not to mention knowing you have someone who is watching out for your best interest and is realistic about cars! Can't say enough about our experience! More

Although my delivery is not complete, as I will not be taking delivery for a few days, my experience with Honda Cars of Boston and John Fitzpatrick was great. I had not purchased a vehicle in 12 years, so I was apprehensive about heading to the dealer without an excel spreadsheet and millions of columns of comparative figures. I was refereed to John Fitzpatrick by a close friend who has purchased 3 honda's from John. The transaction was simple, the price was great and the personality of John really added to the "user experience" If you want a new or used Honda my recommendation would be to go directly to Honda Cars of Boston, ask specifically for John Fitzpatrick and you will leave with a smile on your face. Granted you will have a lighter wallet but you will have the vehicle you wanted at the price that you would not get anywhere else and simply put, as John say's it's a "No Brainer" ... I drive all the way from Gloucester to Everett because I just trust this dealership and their service. Since I am a daily commuter and put a lot of mileage on my car, I decided to trade in for another Civic. I obviously went back to Fitzy, and am obviously happy once again! John is determined to make his customers happy, and more important, comfortable with their purchase. He worked with me to find a quality used Civic that matched my needs and price point. John Fitzpatrick is a great car salesman. It is obvious that he enjoys his job. But I think the best thing about Fitzy is that he is a genuinely happy guy who wants to make your car buying experience the best possible!
