Fitz was awesome. We knew what we wanted walking in (a used CR-V) and he talked it up like any knowledgeable sales person would, but never tried to talk us into something we didn't want. If I had one complaint it would be that Jared Garfield in the business office was not very friendly or accommodating. With Fitzy we felt welcomed. I feel that John Fitzpatrick was one of the best car salesman that I have ever encountered. (I have purchased 4 new cars in the past other than Honda). From the time I entered Honda, I was greeted with a smile and a man with a great personality and sense of warmth. I was never pressured into buying any car and I knew that I had control over the vehicle I wanted to purchase. He helped me with my finances and I knew that he was honest and gave me the best price that he could for my new car and my trade-in. Buying a car could be stressful, but this purchase was far from that. I also felt that I had known him for a long time (I had never met him before) and this also made it easier for me to purchase the vehicle and have faith in him. I was comfortable with my decision thanks to him. I would definitely recommend Honda of Boston but especially John Fitzpatrick. I was impressed with his follow-up.
