I had brought my ten year old Accord in for service last week. When I told the friend who drove me over to pick up my car, that I thought it was about time to start looking for a new car, he suggested that week. (Fitzy had also been recommended by two other neighbors a year ago.) I met Fitzy and immediately felt that we had been friends for years. He is a great guy, a fabulous salesman, professional, low-key, not pushy, very knowledgable, attentive, and honest, made me feel comfortable (I HATE shopping for cars!). Showed me one car and it was exactly what I had been looking for! It was an awesome experience dealing with him. The car needed a bit of work. It was done immediately and it looks fabulous! I couldn't be happier with the experience, the car and the deal! As someone told me...I bought the right car, from the right place and the right salesman! I picked up the car yesterday and have had several phone calls from John, checking in, asking me if I was happy with my purchase or if I needed anything. I highly recommend John, everyone at Honda of Boston, including their service department. More

I called and got John on the phone. Told him what I was looking for and made and appointment to come in. He was great from the start. Showed me a used Pilot but I think my heart was really set on a new one looking for and made and appointment to come in. He was great from the start. Fitzy helped us so much to get a great deal and get the car we wanted!! He went out of his way to help us. He is such a nice guy and very helpful sales guy. Above all else, the CR-V that he recommended was the right vehicle for us. They also gave me a VERY FAIR trade value, something I've NEVER gotten at any other dealership. I gave 5's across the board only because 10 wasn't an option. More

Even though I am 30 years old, this was my first time getting a new vehicle. It was also the first time anyone in my family was looking to lease a car. My family, daughter, sister-in-law and myself went to purchase/lease new cars. We were treated like royalty. From dealing with my daughter to dealing with my husband Fitzy was wonderful.
