I have been a long-time customer of Don Mealey's service department and have appreciated their customer service. When the time came to trade my car in for a new vehicle, Don Mealey was the only dealership department and have appreciated their customer service. When the time came to trade my car in for a new vehicle, Don Mealey was the only dealership I considered. I am very happy with my new 2013 Chevy Malibu and feel very valued as a Don Mealey customer- especially after having the occasion to speak with their General Manager, Ted Pappas. After realizing how committed Ted is to customer service, I will not hesitate to continue my long-term association with Don Mealey - both in service and sales. More

Don Mealey in Clermont Florida did not give us good service. I felt like we were not taken seriously. We bought a truck less then a month ago (April 2012) and we have had nothing but problems since. Th service. I felt like we were not taken seriously. We bought a truck less then a month ago (April 2012) and we have had nothing but problems since. The truck ran great for our five minute test drive. Within the second day of having the truck home we noticed a rattling in the motor. Don Mealey insisted the rattling noise in the motor is normal. We knew better then that. We had two cerified mechanics check out the truck and they both confirmed the lifters were going bad and needed to be replaced. Finally the mechanic at Don Mealey admitted the truck had lazy lifters. After giving us the run around for about three weeks (using thick oil treatments to quiet the noise) and stating that this is not something that needed to be fixed they bought the truck back to resale. So this is what they sell to customers? If we wanted this kind of service we would have went to a buy here pay here dealership. To make things worse my reviews that I posted on Google were deleted twice!! I guess only good reviews get posted. So buyers beware of a 2002 Grey Chevy Silveraldo 1500 LS that has a normal rattling sound. More
