I purchased a car from this dealership apprehensively, but only purchased it because I drove 10.5 hours to get the car. The sales guy lied to me about the out the door price and they added additional deal but only purchased it because I drove 10.5 hours to get the car. The sales guy lied to me about the out the door price and they added additional dealership fees at the end. I still purchased the car because I needed a new vehicle. I called the manager a few weeks later and he apologized and said he would return some of the fees. I waited several weeks and never received anything. I tried call the manager several times and weeks went by before he called me back. When he did call me back he asked what would I like to see happen to resolve this and I told him I wanted them to refund those dealership fees and he said he would call me back. I have never heard from him since. I would avoid or use great caution when purchasing from this dealership. The salesperson was unethical and lied and I was also disappointed in the manager as well for not keeping his word. More

As soon as we drove my daughter’s car off the lot a whole slew of electrical problems descended on us all at once. Probably had 200 miles on the car when we bought it. I would have to surmise that they do not actually inspect their vehicles. After reading many recent one star reviews, I come to find out that many people are having their vehicles break down immediately, and at an inflated cost I might add. These people are dishonest and don’t stand behind the vehicles they sell. Don’t be swayed by the phony 5 star reviews. This one is real. Protect yourself from people who make their money this way. Very unprofessional, pushy, unpleasant and uncomfortable sales practices. Shady hand written and hand drawn signature lines on a paper and being pushed into signing it to agree on a price of the car or to receive an offer. Being told what is and isn’t good for you. Also when you test drive, you are told where you have to take the car for a test drive on John‘s terms. Continuously being told in a very arrogant and delusional fashion how much experience he apparently has and how what he is offering is the only good thing in your life you will ever have. If you want to look to see what you’re looking for and find the right fit, this place and especially John Flood is a red flag and the shady car sales person you know from all the movies you hope you will never encounter in your life. Make sure you run! Frankly these supposedly positive reviews all sound like he wrote them for himself! He is far from being a credible sales man, and even further from knowing how to provide even the basics of good customer service! More
