We have now bought 4 Kias from this dealership and never been disappointed. John in Sales, who we've dealt with before, and Chris in Finance were excellent this time around, as expected. John was able to answer all our questions while test driving the car and then when we were going over finance options. Bought a "certified" used 2023 Seltos. Radio did not work from day one. Spent a few hours at the dealer to be told that there is no fix and that they are working with a regional service Radio did not work from day one. Spent a few hours at the dealer to be told that there is no fix and that they are working with a regional service manager. After over a week, I did my own research and found a work-around to get the update and installed it myself. Only after emailing my salesman did the service department call me back.. Kayla was very good to deal with and we were able to figure out that the update I found myself online was the same that they had gotten. More
