John was very helpful in setting up the car and making sure I understood how to operate all the features. He was very kind and not pushy at all. Bought a "certified" used 2023 Seltos. Radio did not work from day one. Spent a few hours at the dealer to be told that there is no fix and that they are working with a regional service Radio did not work from day one. Spent a few hours at the dealer to be told that there is no fix and that they are working with a regional service manager. After over a week, I did my own research and found a work-around to get the update and installed it myself. Only after emailing my salesman did the service department call me back.. Kayla was very good to deal with and we were able to figure out that the update I found myself online was the same that they had gotten. More

Never got a loaner like I was told I would get off my car ever goes into service, also my Kia k4 had 15 miles on it when I got it, and gas gas issues since I drove off the lot. The members of the team at south hills Kia do not return phone calls, tell you they will find a loaner but you never get calls back, they basically push you to the side. My car has now been sitting at their lot for 5 days in service and not one person has looked at it yet. I missed Christmas with my family, and other things I had planned with my kids over this poor service , and communication with south hills Kia. I have called and talked to very manager there , and no one seems to be of help. I honestly do not recommend this dealership . I thought oh I got a brand new car I’m going to be fine but I have had nothing but issues since pulling off the lot . No one seems to care . I also was just given this vehicle not knowing it was not the one I actually wanted and juat was like ya know ok it’s fine I’ll take the lower trim panel for the car but when I got to dealership I was never given the chance to test ride or select from any vehicles they had me fill out paperwork and pay the deposit , and then boom there’s the car they picked and have for me and just drove off the lot not knowing at this point whats I was getting into. More
