My experience with Bill was very pleasant. I just got the truck about 7 days ago, and had a service light come on. When I called and talked with the service manager I was pleased to find out that they will b truck about 7 days ago, and had a service light come on. When I called and talked with the service manager I was pleased to find out that they will be covering the cost of repairs!! For being 3hrs away a day not being able to bring it back to them, this proved that they care about excellent customer service relationships! More

The weather may have been crummy the day I purchased my F-150 but the service was great! Bill was a very personable salesman and John was very friendly. Both got my son some sweet Ford swag also!
