I knew the minute I met Kyle that I wanted to buy a car from him. This was even before I found the car! What a wonderful man! Kyle walked us through the process and sat with us in the car setting everyt from him. This was even before I found the car! What a wonderful man! Kyle walked us through the process and sat with us in the car setting everything up. I feel confident that if I have an issue, Kyle will help us resolve it. Also, when we came in to do the paperwork, John was so organized and efficient. We couldn't believe how quick the paperwork went. This was our first purchase from Grinwald. Very satisfied so far! We did not meet John Grinwald, that is why he got a "1". I know that Kyle and John have worked at Grinwald for a long time. That tells me that the owners must also deserve 5 stars! More
