I am providing this rating and writing this review for a number of reasons, the first being that I LOVE MY NEW CAR! I bought a 2013 Kia Sorento last week and thanks to the dealership and the salesperson (Jo number of reasons, the first being that I LOVE MY NEW CAR! I bought a 2013 Kia Sorento last week and thanks to the dealership and the salesperson (John Frances) my experience superseded all of my expectations. John knew the ins and outs of the vehicle and made the trade in process so simple and hassle free. He worked directly with the GM and the finance person so that there was never a moment I was unsure of what was going on and I was treated with the upmost respect by all. Thanks to his hard work I really got a great deal and left feeling thrilled - a week later I am still thrilled with my experience!! I recommend buying a car from this dealership, John Frances in particular - to anyone thinking of buying a new car. More

All of the staff that I encounterd were professional, courtious, helpful and honest. My sales person, the sale managers and the finace person made the process very easy. I highly recommend Herb Chambers Kia in Burlington. The receptionist, the salesman, the sales managers, the service manager, the finance representative and the gentleman who prepped my vehicle all share a receptionist, the salesman, the sales managers, the service manager, the finance representative and the gentleman who prepped my vehicle all share a passion for customer service. No pressure, honest negotiations. I would break bread with any of the personable staff. Though it was a busy evening with many customers, the atmosphere was pleasant with calm (but quick and efficient) staff and relaxed customers. It was more like going out to a pub than buying a car. I'm sure you have the same horror story of the latter like I do. You will be pleasantly surprised by the professionalism here. It is a competitive advantage that few dealerships have. More
