Great Salesman!!! Great Experience!! I leased a car in Feb of 2014 from John Francis. I told him I would be back in 2015 to lease another vehicle as my second car lease would be ending. I I leased a car in Feb of 2014 from John Francis. I told him I would be back in 2015 to lease another vehicle as my second car lease would be ending. I walked into the dealership on April 4 2015 thinking he would not be there. I asked for him and to my surprise he was still there. (We all know car salesmen are usually gone the next time you go back). Anyways he greeted me by my first name. I have not seen or heard from him in over a year and he remembered my name! I thought right there that this was going to be an easy transaction. I did think that we would start the process and look at some numbers and I would say that I didn't like the numbers and I will be back next month. I figured this would go on for a few months as my lease was ending. However, not only did John and the Management team work with me but I DROVE out of the lot 2 hours later with a new lease and left my old car there!! We were not expecting to leave with a new car and we were not prepared as the old car was messy (we have 2 kids). John said no problem, don’t worry about the mess. Not only did he say that but he actually helped get items from one car to another. I have been leasing vehicles for over 15 years and when I say that this was the BEST experience ever, it is true!! John and Kia of Burlington have made my leasing experience very pleasant. If you want a hassle free and great experience, ask for John Francis!!! You can't go wrong!! I will be back again. More

Awesome experience! I purchased a new 2015 Kia Optima EX and could not have been more pleased! The dealership was clean and everyone was friendly. I worked with John Fran I purchased a new 2015 Kia Optima EX and could not have been more pleased! The dealership was clean and everyone was friendly. I worked with John Francis and he was awesome! He was very upfront about everything and I felt like he was being very honest. I didn't feel pressured and enjoyed my time at this dealership. One note was that I knew exactly what I wanted when I went in after test driving many other cars, but John was able to find a very close match to what I was looking for on the lot and we closed that day! I would highly recommend this dealership if you are looking to buy a new Kia! More

Right from the beginning I knew this would be a good visit. I was there with my 7 year old son and John talked to him like he was involved with buying the car. I have been leasing for quite some time and I always feel pushed or rushed...not with John, he listened to what I was saying and helped me as much as he could. I ended up leasing a 2015 Sorrento and I couldn't be happier. John was the BEST car salesman I have had. My son fell asleep on Johns desk and when I needed to go in for financing he sat with my son on the couches just in case he woke up and was nervous about where he was. He didn't have to do that and I didn't even have to ask him, he just did it. I was overly impressed with the service and respect I received from John during my visit. I will definitely be looking for him in 3 years. More

no-bull, no-pressure = great car buying experience! Truly a great experience!!! This was the first time my wife and I ever leased a new vehicle. We had two bad experiences in the past with used car dealers, so we vowed to never buy from a dealer again. However, we needed an additional vehicle, so I began reviewing and calling the "Private Seller Only" listings on a popular website (name ends with -list). It quickly became apparent that these were dealers who had purchased cars at an auction and were looking to make easy money and a quick sale. Another online resource (@#*%trader.com) really wasn’t any better because they seemed to have very few local listings from private sellers - again most were dealers. So reluctantly, I talked to my wife about going to a dealer. We were skeptical and cautious. But then we remembered the many billboards for Herb Chambers claiming a no-pressure, no-bull car buying experience that would actually be a pleasure. It seemed too good to be true. However, this is one of those rare instances in life where it actually wasn’t. We ended up at Herb Chambers Kia in Burlington where we were introduced to salesman, John Francis. He was excellent to work with and represented the Herb Chambers brand with great professionalism. He was extremely patient with us, allowing us to ask all our questions and take several test drives without even the hint of pressure or frustration with us. Initially, we were focused on pre-owned cars, which they have in abundance. All of them seemed to be in excellent shape and we were almost ready to buy, even putting a deposit down on one. Then after one final test drive, we changed our mind and decided not to buy it. It was a hybrid and we have no experience with hybrids. As nice of a car as it was, there were too many unknowns for us since it was a hybrid. So we pulled the plug on that deal and thought for sure that John would be frustrated after all of this. After all, he essentially had made the sale before we backed out. But John was totally cool with it. He understood that buying a car is the second-most expensive purchase most of us will ever make so he understood our desire to make sure we got it right. After all of this, it became apparent that we no longer wanted pre-owned but the security and peace of mind of a new vehicle with a new warranty. So he guided us through this process (entirely new to us). We ended up leasing a 2015 Kia Optima and it is beautiful! The car looks like a high-end import…and it drives like one too. It’s an amazingly sporty, fuel-efficient machine. We couldn’t be happier with the car, the negotiation process, and the entire deal. Herb Chambers has an excellent business model that his staff have apparently embraced. Our experience was no-bull and no-pressure, actually a pleasure. As a result, we have a car that we love on terms that work fantastic within our budget. Thanks again to Herb Chambers and to John Francis at Kia Burlington for your help! More

John Francis is awesome! We have purchased 4 Kia's total in the last 3 years. 3 have been from John Francis at Kia of Burlington (Forte. Sorento and the latest 2015 Optima). J We have purchased 4 Kia's total in the last 3 years. 3 have been from John Francis at Kia of Burlington (Forte. Sorento and the latest 2015 Optima). John is so helpful, professional and not pushy. Other dealers have given us the run around if they knew we weren't going to buy that day and John has never done this. His customer service is awesome and we will never go anywhere else including service/maintenance. He gives you as much time and attention as you need and doesn't rush you along the process. The rest of the staff we have dealt with there as well like the financing department has been just as professional as well. More

Even though Herb Chambers Kia in Burlington was not as close to my house as other Kia dealerships, I decided to go to them because of their great reputation. I purchased a 2013 Optima in Sept 2013, working with John Francis, who is a stellar and knowledgable salesman, and I would highly recommend to anyone. He made the process enjoyable and easy. To make a long story short, when there was an issue with the vehicle, they ensured that it was resolved to my satisfaction and proved to me why the decision to buy at their dealership was the correct one. I would like to extend my thanks to Jerri Salois, Diego Barreto and John Francis for all your assistance! I would recommend any Herb Chambers Dealership for your next car purchase or service. More

This was by far the best buying experience I have had in all of the years of purchasing and leasing vehicles. I am now on my 2nd Herb Chambers Kia and love it! Salesman John Francis was great! His friendli all of the years of purchasing and leasing vehicles. I am now on my 2nd Herb Chambers Kia and love it! Salesman John Francis was great! His friendliness and caring attitude shined. He was able to answer all of my questions and made sure that I was completely satisfied with everything, and I was. John and Kia have earned my business and I will be returning in a couple of years for my next KIA!!! I am recommend you stop in and ask for John. You will not go wrong. More

The Kia sales person, John Frances, was very helpful to me in picking out my vehicle.
