Unwilling to negotiate- went over with salesman my declination off warranty, etc. He stated paperwork would be fed-ex next day. 3 days later I got a call from a Very woman in finance department who we declination off warranty, etc. He stated paperwork would be fed-ex next day. 3 days later I got a call from a Very woman in finance department who went over SAME warranty info. She was rude and insulted me when I declined extended warranty, oil changes for life, and tire care. One car was delivered- I noticed there was no paperwork in car ( closes off what I signed) and no temporary registration. I had to call salesman to have one sent down. A temporary registration sticker sent but no copies of sales documents. I asked sales man to send down and have left two separate messages for finance department with no response and no paperwork! It has been a month and still nothing- I realize I don’t but a Mercedes or a BMW but I also didn’t but a pinto- More
