I traveled 3 hours to purchase this vehicle…it was everything I was looking for…Dealership switched the warranty that was agreed upon at the last minute…non functioning parts on the vehicle that they everything I was looking for…Dealership switched the warranty that was agreed upon at the last minute…non functioning parts on the vehicle that they would not cover the repair of as well as several interior pieces missing…the used car manager said it should be covered but it’s not…this vehicle should not have been sold as a ford certified vehicle…buyer beware! The salesman John was great but the rest are an example of the defining of a used car salesman…would not recommend purchasing from DePaula ford. More

Honestly I was not entirely happy with my purchase due to when I got the truck home and washed it the first time I noticed damage on the tailgate that I did not see when I looked at the truck at the lot and when I got the truck home and washed it the first time I noticed damage on the tailgate that I did not see when I looked at the truck at the lot and when I got estimates to fix it they were both over 3k and I paid on the highest side of the value for the truck per KBB and Edmonds and then to have the issue I had with less than 2k miles on it but Chance, John, Justin and whoever it was that made the decision to eat the cost of the wiring harness for the back up camera I was very grateful. Chance is a super nice guy and has a very difficult job. Chance got me a loaner which was extremely helpful as my truck was at the shop for over 2 months. Everything so far has been good with the truck. I would definitely buy from John again. Great guy took his time with us and is a sincere person. DePaula Ford is a perfect example of how the people make the business. Great job guys!!!. More
