John has been with the Gorges family since January of 2010. He started in the parts department as a parts advisor, from there he became the Parts Manager for several years, and today he is our Service Director overseeing both the Service and Parts departments. He has a strong love for technology, rc cars, and all things computers. His natural knack for fixing things quickly gave him the role of the dealership's IT support, also.

Thank you for your feedback. The Volvo Certified Warranty offers one of the best available coverages on the market. Unfortunately, certain wearable components cannot be covered due to their constant exposure to the elements. These will be things like: components of the exhaust, certain parts of the suspension, battery, surface of the leather seats, carpets, etcetera. While we most certainly apologize for any miscommunication in this area, these items should be referenceable directly in the Certified Preowned Warranty contract provided with your purchase.
