While I understand Joe did not build the vehicle, the experience following was a nightmare, Text message exchanges were rude, unprofessional and immature, phone call requests to him and Jonathan were ignored all while our brand new vehicle remained in the shop for 3 Months . We filed arbitration and won thankfully so we no longer have to deal with this dealership. While the repurchase was happening, Joe couldn’t even say the simple words I’m sorry for your experience when he saw me and my family in person just proving how disrespectful he is. He is arrogant and should be an embarrassment to Jeep since this is who is representing your brand. Thankfully Rebecca in service was pleasant to work with and Emily was helpful in the end. I would highly recommend reading reviews before purchasing here, we are not the only ones who have had not great experiences. We ended up going to another Jeep dealer for our next vehicle and had a much better experience. More
