Great Service I had a great experience at Lou Sobh on Monday. I had a warning light I wanted checked out and made a 7 am appointment. After assessment - they told I had a great experience at Lou Sobh on Monday. I had a warning light I wanted checked out and made a 7 am appointment. After assessment - they told me it was my alternator and my radiator was also leaking and I needed rear brakes. It was expensive but all of these things made sense. I got my nice loaner car and went to work. I was very happy when I picked up my car hours later when I saw the technician had been able to correct some damage to the front right area from an accident with a deer some months ago when he replaced the radiator. it looks MUCH better - bonus! More

Good experience. Lou Sobh matched coupon, washed car, gave professional customer service, quick turn around of vehicle and had good snacks and very clean and fresh wai Lou Sobh matched coupon, washed car, gave professional customer service, quick turn around of vehicle and had good snacks and very clean and fresh waiting area and also modern restrooms. Internet was not working but I did not complain. I am sure they will fix it once they see this note. What else can a customer expect. Will go back. More
