Service and Sales Both Were Extremely Helpful and Supportive Overall this dealership prides itself in being a customer friendly place. I was happy with everyone's part in setting me up in a new vehicle after finding out my other one was basically broke and not worth repair in the service department. Finance was great, and my sales reps were very knowledgeable in the sale. I want to hank John in the service department for being honest to me and also the service department manager for his valuable input in the situation of my old vehicle. Patrick and Eric you guys were great i want to thank Patrick for the paperwork and finding my employer very special and disgusting, you guys certainly didn't expect to find out about my job as a crime scene cleanup supervisor to be so graphic. Service exceeded my expectations in time and value! Going in on a Saturday you just assume you will be there all day! I had run just one errand when the call came with an estimate about the necessary service, it was as I expected but the value was in reason. After giving my approval to proceed, I was surprised when I was called just an hour later saying my car was ready. Thanks Honda for expediting my service experience so i could have a very productive Saturday! More

Best experience EVER!!! My husband and I have been fighting with Honda and 2 Honda dealerships for the last year.
