I was at the location for almost the entire day and honestly I thought John was going to give up on me. But he didn't. He was so patient. He understood my economic and financial situation. He was trying to find ways of helping me and that showed that he cared. After being at the location for almost the entire day, the manager offered me sandwiches from Jerseys Mike. That really hit the spot. I'm happy I came to this location and I'm glad John was the person who attended me. His approach was professional and friendly. Once I received my car, John was helpful in giving me assistance on the features of the car. He didn't rush with the instructions nor was he quick with it. Especially because it was already late. He still took his time to assist me and not send me off with the instructions book. Thank you John for your help and patience. More

My wife and I (Kristin and James Miller) were extremely pleased with the entire experience and the patience, demeanor and knowledge John showed that day. He has a calming, confident way about him that put us at ease and gave us confidence (and willingness) to complete the purchase that day even though we had originally intended to only test drive the Civic and go to other dealers but we obviously did not go that route. We own a 1998 Honda Odyssey and have always taken our vehicle for service at Valley Honda. We feel your sales department is outstanding and we now feel the same way about the sales department! We loved our new Pilot so much we traded our Lincoln sedan for a new CRV so now we have "his and hers" Hondas! COULD NOT BE HAPPIER! The WHOLE team at Valley Honda is superior. The dealership has created a culture of friendly, service minded individuals who go above and beyond meeting the needs of the costumer.
