AWFUL SERVICE DEPARTMENT worst service center. Was one of the first cars to arrive and am still waiting for my car to be seen It has literally been sitting and waiting for worst service center. John is the greatest service rep I ever worked with. I can go to Hyundai 112 (5 min from home) for service, but prefer to travel 25 min to Atlantic Hyundai so I can have John as my rep. I went to Atlantic Hyundai for an oil change and NYS inspection. I was told the oil change will be $39.95, i told him I have 3 years free service as told to me in person and text By the general manager inspection. I was told the oil change will be $39.95, i told him I have 3 years free service as told to me in person and text By the general manager at the time that I bought my car, Josiah Behlen. I was told that he no longer works there so no more free oil changes. Then I was called and told my car failed inspection for bad windshield wipers. I bought and put new wipers on two weeks ago! He tells me they are streaking and Torn. I told them to fail my car and give it back to me I am not buying windshield wipers from you! I then took it to a reputable shop 30 minutes later with my two week old alleged torn wipers and miraculously it passes! Never go to Atlantic Hyundai or any dealer known to be owned by these shysters! They will upsell you for things your car doesn't need, take it to a local shop and save money! More

Poor service I didn't choose this dealship. It was the closest when my car broke down. The service department was horrible. They promised to call multiple times an I didn't choose this dealship. It was the closest when my car broke down. The service department was horrible. They promised to call multiple times and never did. They ordered parts without consulting me first like they promised to do. Parts department called to tell me to bring my car in even though they had it. The service guy treated me like I was ignorant (I'm a woman its hard to believe it wasn't sexist) and just wanted me to except his simple answer. Then stuttered when I asked a more indepth question about the electrical system and couldn't give me an answer. I will never bring my car there again. I never got a name for who I was supposed to be talking to. More

Service The only thing I have to say is that I schedule an appointment for an oil change and I am always there for over 3 hours which should not be so that do The only thing I have to say is that I schedule an appointment for an oil change and I am always there for over 3 hours which should not be so that does not make me happy. I have had other issues in the past with stuff that was supposed to be done to the car that was not but the Business Manager fixed that problem and solved the issue and did the right thing by me. Overall I am very happy my service person John he is always very nice and friendly and a pleasure to deal with. More

ABS Module warranty replacement The service department at Atlantic Hyundai in West Islip really came through with the replacement of the defective ABS module in my vehicle at no char The service department at Atlantic Hyundai in West Islip really came through with the replacement of the defective ABS module in my vehicle at no charge. My 2008 Hyundai Veracruz was a month and half out of its original warranty and with the help of service advisors Jonathan Roque and John Grasso the defect was resolved. Thank you to the staff at Atlantic Hyundai! More
