John was very knowledgeable about the car he was selling me. The sale and paperwork went very smoothly. He answered all my questions so I could understand. Don’t insult your customers on the trade in value of their car and be honest with the price of the car you’re selling. Up-chargers (market demand) are a joke. Playing number games will only get you unsatisfied customers. Be honest and upfront and you’ll have more satisfied customers instead of unhappy ones. People DO research trade in values and car prices BEFORE they buy. More
