I was investigating dealerships during the lockdown. John Hart was one of the few to return my calls. I was drawn to his knowledge of the car I wanted; but more so by his sincerity. They always know exactly what I want in my next vehicle and they make sure I get it. This most recent experience was exceptional thanks to the foresight of John Hart. In the beginning of the pandemic, John knew I was going to be in the market for a new car come June. Therefore, he proactively reached out to me months before my car was due and let me know he wanted to reserve my next car early to make sure I wasn't shut out with the pandemic lockdowns looming. It was definitely the right move and John put me in a gorgeous, brand new 2020 E350, black with the panoramic roof like I requested. These guys are the best at Manhattan MB, I highly recommend working with them on your next vehicle purchase. Five Stars! More

John Hart, our salesperson, and Scott Malise the Sales Manager couldn't have been more professional and informative. I have purchased well over a dozen high end vehicles over the years, and while many of the experiences have been good, the bar has just been set significantly higher! As our vehicle was a new model, it was ordered a year in advance. John worked with us every step of the way starting with ensuring we secured our production slot; walking us through the order process as soon as the order banks opened; providing a private viewing of the pre-production vehicle at last year's auto show; providing regular updates on production schedule; notifying of production dates; and let us know when the vehicle left that factory and was boarded on a ship! Working with John, Scott and the rest of the team on the actual delivery was also top notch. They were extremely accommodating to my wife and I in scheduling and reviewing all the endless vehicle features. After introducing my wife to the staff in the parts boutique, she went to town. They were extremely helpful in finding us all the accessories we could ever desire. 1 More

We could of closed the deal months ago, but since it was my first car purchase, John was able to keep me from making a hasty decision, and instead I am getting a super beautiful performance car that I deserver and need!! The Manhattan-Benz dealership is incredibly beautiful, and that staff is super friendly!! Can't wait for more excellent experiences, and also getting past the 1st car buying phase! lol. They also are helping me with financials and kept me from wasting money, which I truly appreciate :) Mercedes-Benz Manhattan is incredible, and all the cars are so beautiful.
