I've been dealing with Chapman Ford for over a year with repairs and car purchases. The people have always been professional in their approach to their jobs. The one I appreciate the most is Tori Phillips from the service department. She's honest, reliable, and really good to deal with. When questioning her about two different cars that we were looking at, she gave us the best things about the cars and the downside to them as far as maintenance and reliability of the motors. More
