Yesterday I was in for an Oil Change for my Car, John-Michael Heil was the one who checked in my Car . John Heil helpful. .. attentive. Service was slow but he made an accommodation to me to compensate for that. Plan on continuing to use your service department in the .. attentive. Plan on continuing to use your service department in the future...however the day before my appt a woman called me and under the guides of calling me to remind me of the appt, she asked me if I want to sell my car or buy a new Warren ty. Using the call for telemarketing is just crap....don't do it!!! More

Great experience at this dealership getting my car serviced. There was a power outage afterI brought my car in and John-Michael Heil was attentive in explaining what happened. I was given the option t serviced. There was a power outage afterI brought my car in and John-Michael Heil was attentive in explaining what happened. I was given the option to come back at any time the following day and when I returned, got my car in line to be serviced quickly and did not have a long wait for the service to be completed. John also compensated me for the inconvenience even though the power outage was outside of their control. That was very unexpected and made my day! Overall experience was great due to excellent customer service and expeditious car maintenance service! More

Salesman Mario was easy to work with. I have a Kona N-line which I love. My service manager John Heil was great. I got an appointment without a long wait.
