John Heslep does it again! Just wanted to make sure everyone knows that John Heslep did any amazing job AGAIN! We just bought a 2016 4Runner from him and he managed to get down to a number we were happy with. This is the 5th vehicle we have bought from John while he's been with Summit Toyota and we would certainly tell everyone to go check him out. You WILL NOT leave unhappy. Again, thanks John for yet another great buying experience! I'll see you in a few years when I buy my next truck. More

I have bought three cars there, and my wife bought one, so we are dedicated and committed customers. I wouldn't think of buying anywhere else. The service department is also excellent, and couldn't be better. The sales reps I have worked with, Bob Watterson, and John Heslap, are EXCELLANT!!!! I consider them to be good friends at this point. Need I say more??? More

We had not looked at the Toyota Highlander and made a trip to Summit Toyota to check one out. After test driving the Highlander, it was no contest on the comfort, ride quality and standard features the Highlander offered. Our Salesperson was a no pressure type of person, very knowledgeable and great to work with. Brought the Highlander home that day. Friendly and knowledgeable staff, A+ facility, Customer centered atmosphere. Will definitely recommend Summit Toyota to others and purchase from them again. More

The Best Car Shopping Experience I have Ever Had! After shopping around at two other Toyota dealerships without being impressed with the salemen who were not knowledeable ( received conflicting inf After shopping around at two other Toyota dealerships without being impressed with the salemen who were not knowledeable ( received conflicting information from the salesman and the information that was in the booklet on te Rav 4, so they did not know the basic information that they should have known from their own booklets)., or seemed to unenthusiastic about showing me the car I was interested in (telling me where they were located- not walking me to them), I thought I would try one more time, and gave Summit Toyota a try. I am soooo glad I did! First I looked on the internet to see if I could find any Rav4's that I wanted. I was surprised to have Shannon pop up on a chat screen to answer my questions, and narrow down what I was looking for. We went that afternoon to the dealership, and I was pleasantly surprised to see such a great inventory of the Rav 4. I walked in the door, and was greeted by Shannon who answered questions about our confusion of the interiors with the 4 different styles. She knew the information in that booklet! She circled the differences in packages, that somehow I had missed. We had come a little late in the afternoon, and did not realise that we were there past closing. Shannon was never mentioned to us that they were closing, allowed me time to talk with my husband about the car, and when I had not made up my mind, well after closing, she graciously accepted that I needed a night to think it over as my brain was on overload. I was planning on getting the Rav 4 SE, but Shannon said I should drive both the SE, and the Limited to compare the two rides. I had asked at another dealership what the difference was in therse two styles and the salesman said the options are almost the same, and the SE was the sport model, different grill, wheels. He never mention that the ride was different. I test drove the SE first, and thought it was great, but then I felt the difference driving the Limited, and knew it was the choice for me.I am so glad Shannon had me test drive both cars! She went over the differences in the cars, and options as we drove so I could see some of the really awsome technology and safety features. I found Shannon to be extremely knowledgeable about her cars, and that was very, very important to me. Her professional attitude, friendly patience, and helpful suggestions as to options, made her the best salesperson I have ever dealt with in my 40 years of buying cars. This was truely the best car shopping and buying experience I have ever had! I left confident in my choice of car, and a feeling that I had made all the right decisions with the help of Shannon presenting knowledgeable information, but not pushing a sale. Too often in the past I felt anxiety, and a sick, unhappy feeling that I wasn't really happy with my new car, or that I couldn't stand the salesman who was more eager about selling, and not being honest, or upfront about information or cost. I felt excited, happy , and well informed to make this the very first time I have actually felt comfortable and confident about the whole experience! I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone, and having dealt with Shannon over the last week, would highly recomend her as a salesperson, She calls back to follow up on any questions and has asked me to call if I have any. This is truely the best car shopping experience I have ever had! More
