They found out what was wrong and explained it carefully to me. They they were extremely thorough and easy to understand. John quoted the price to replace the part. (Very fair price) But he knew just last week I had bought the same part and it was installed at another repair shop in town. John informed me what they would charge to replace it again.. but he was totally honest. He said- if I were you since you have a warranty with the other shop and you just had the work done last week, at it is under warranty check them out first! But we are here to help whenever you need us! Thanks for everything John! I will be back for sure for anything I need in the future! More

Best dealership in town I had a factory recall on my 2015 chyrsler 300. They got me in and out in under a hr. They also updated my transmission software as well. I buy the oil change package from All Star I find the service to be outstanding at AllStar. I get both my Town & Country serviced there & the Oil changed on my husbands Toyota because it is con I find the service to be outstanding at AllStar. I get both my Town & Country serviced there & the Oil changed on my husbands Toyota because it is convient & the service department is honest, they inform me if they see additional problems or concerns about my vehicles. In the past I went to an “oil change” place & it seemed like I was being told I needed other service that wasn’t necessary. I have never had that kind of experience at All Star. This last visit I was informed the oil pan gasket was leaking so I got it repaired. Keep up the good work! More
