Mr. John Howard helped my husband and I with my Buick LaCrosse which was just out of warranty and required repair to the transmission obtain a discount on the work and kept us up to date as to what was f LaCrosse which was just out of warranty and required repair to the transmission obtain a discount on the work and kept us up to date as to what was finished and what still had to be finished.
