I have to say at first, I was a little hesitant to use Rizza, but my experience was great. I will say the person who took care of me was John Howard. He took care of my car kept me informed every step of Rizza, but my experience was great. I will say the person who took care of me was John Howard. He took care of my car kept me informed every step of the way. It took almost a month to get my car done because we had to wait on parts.I would recommend the Rizza Buick in Orland Park to anyone who needed a Buick dealer. Thanks again John. More

John was friendly, professional and very accommodating. I didn't have an appt and was desperate for an oil change. My job doesn't allow much downtime and my schedule is very hectic. He was not condescending or pushy at all which I appreciate as I've had some poor experiences when my vehicles needed work in the past. More

I have been doing business with Rizza for 15 years and have worked with Larry Papp for just as long everyone is friendly and very nice. Thru the years I have brought new customers to the dealership they a have worked with Larry Papp for just as long everyone is friendly and very nice.
