Very bad service wrongly diagnosed my problem on my vehicle. Was having some suspension problems with my truck the service department told me I only needed a wheel alignment! It was most easy to make an appointment via online. Upon arrival your personnel greeted you with a smile. The waiting room was clean and comfortable. The wait time for my needs was as described. Brought my Buick Regal in for various oil leaks on the engine. I turned the car in with 3/4 tank of fuel. The advisor called me later on once they had diagnosed the leak. The parts and labor for fixing a engine. I turned the car in with 3/4 tank of fuel. The advisor called me later on once they had diagnosed the leak. The parts and labor for fixing all the oil leaks and changing the oil and filter once the repairs were made totaled about $3,000. They kept the car for a few days until repairs were complete. Once I went in to pay and pick the car up, I discovered that the repairs were made, however the car was nearly on “E” on the fuel gauge, car had not been washed and the oil change reminder on the dash had not been reset. I’m not sure why those three things weren’t done, especially after paying the total amount for the service. One thing I am sure of is I will more than likely not be bringing my service back here again. More
