I had trouble with my hatch. It would not open. I drove into your service department and they gave me a rental car. The latch spring was broken. Got new part and was fixed in 2 days. No charge. Not everything was fixed, and parts missing, not satisfied at all. I asked and the service rep said u never had one, I’m not happy how this went down, and the loaner was not comparable to my car. satisfied at all.
