Great service John Howard, the service rep, did an excellent job. He kept me informed and the car was ready in approximately his projection. Also, there was a woman John Howard, the service rep, did an excellent job. He kept me informed and the car was ready in approximately his projection. Also, there was a woman ahead of me who was in for car service but she explained to John why her car was important at this time. There were some family issues and John was a compassionate listener. He did not rush her as she was troubled the family. Good work, John1 More

The Service Department has there stuff together! John Howard helped me.... he was very professional and courteous. He made my day by getting me in and out for a simple oil change minus the car wash since Howard helped me.... he was very professional and courteous. He made my day by getting me in and out for a simple oil change minus the car wash since I’d just washed it... plus the weather called for thunderstorms. I was there under an hour. Awesome experience! More
